About Mission Samadhan

Mission Samadhan is a special initiative by the District Magistrate, Auraiya, aimed at the systematic resolution of land disputes through a coordinated effort involving the Revenue, Police, and Development departments. The mission ensures transparency, accountability, and efficiency in dispute resolution by following a structured process that includes:

•  Identification & Listing of disputed land cases from various sources (Janta Darshan, IGRS, Samadhan Diwas, etc.).
•  Formation of Joint Teams at the tehsil level, comprising revenue officials, police officers, and development staff.
•  Regular Field Visits every Thursday, with pre-informed parties and on-site actions such as encroachment removal, fencing, and land restoration through MNREGA.
•  Control Rooms & Monitoring at district and tehsil levels to track progress, ensure proper documentation, and provide real-time updates.
•  Public Awareness & Transparency through photography, videography, media coverage, and NIC website updates.

The mission operates with a humanitarian approach, ensuring that the rights of the poor, widows, and disabled individuals are protected while upholding legal provisions.it aims to resolve maximum land disputes and maintain law & order in rural areas.

By ensuring systematic case disposal, preventing illegal encroachments, and promoting legal awareness, we aim to foster peace, justice, and development in Auraiya. With active community participation and a humanitarian approach, we are committed to creating a dispute-free and harmonious society where every rightful landholder feels secure. 🚀 Implementation of Mission Samadhan

Mission Samadhan is implemented through a collaborative approach involving district administrations, tehsil-level officers, and local governance bodies. The key steps include:

• Identification & Listing of Cases :- Compilation of land dispute cases from Janta Darshan, IGRS, Samadhan Diwas, Thana Samadhan Diwas, and government offices. Lekhpals to prepare village-wise lists and submit them through the administrative hierarchy up to the Additional District Magistrate/Nodal Officer. Certification to ensure no pending land disputes are left unlisted.
• Formation of Joint Teams Revenue Department Teams :- Led by Sub-District Magistrate (SDM), Tehsildar & Naib Tehsildar. Teams to include Revenue Inspectors, Lekhpals, and Chainmen.
• Police Department Teams :- Led by Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Teams to include Inspectors, Senior Sub-Inspectors, and Sub-Inspectors.
• Development Department Teams :- Led by Block Development Officer (BDO) & ADEO Panchayat, Teams to include Gram Panchayat Secretaries & Fourth-Grade Employees.
• Control Rooms & Monitoring :- District-Level Control Room at Collectorate .Tehsil-Level Control Rooms managed by respective Sub-District Magistrates. Weekly reporting through a WhatsApp group and physical registers.
• Field Visits & High-Level Verification :- Regular field inspections by District Magistrate (DM), Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Superintendent of Police (SP), Chief Development Officer (CDO), and Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP).Spot verification of disputed sites to ensure proper execution and compliance. Direct interaction with affected parties for feedback and grievance redressal. Submission of inspection reports for accountability and corrective actions.

This structured process ensures transparency, accountability, and swift grievance redressal.
